📝 Product Description
Magnesia hercynite spinel bricks are newly developed chrome-free refractories for Cement Rotary Kilns. To serve under severe conditions, these magnesia-hercynite spinel bricks provide excellent mechanical strength, superior resistance to thermal shock, and high resistance to chemical attack by volatile alkanes and slag.
Manufactured and designed under strict quality control, the MTL series bricks meet the requirements of various service conditions and are widely used in global cement projects.
⭐ Key Features
  • Superior synthetic purity and activity of sintered hercynite compared to fused alternatives.
  • Outstanding formation of a uniform and stable coating.
  • Excellent thermal shock stability through crystal spinel precipitation.
  • Low thermal conductivity: kiln shell outside temperature maintained between 230~280ºC.
🎯 Application
📍 Specifically designed for the Sintering zone of cement rotary kilns.
